A dozen and a half answers of mine .....

1. Choosing our attitudes
2. Being accountable for our outcomes
3. Showing up even when we do not feel like it at times
4. Being true to ourselves
5. Our learnings - Mistakes are gold in disguise. Learn from the past, live in the present, have a clear vision for the future.
6. Feedback - there is no failure, only feedback
7. Focussing on being part of the solution/opportunity rather than the problem
8. Challenges that stretch us to think and act differently for positive outcomes
9. Having constant and never-ending improvement (CANI)
10. Being innovative and resourceful
11. Believing in yourself and others around you
12. Taking action - making it happen.
